This port carries the gaming commands for netrek. See port 3521. 
This game runs on both TCP or UDP. It is a multi-player, team-oriented 2D game based upon a Star Trek theme. Basically, players team together as Romulans, Federation, Klingons, or Orions. The teams try to take over planets and kill each other's ships with photon torpedos and phasers.
