Detailed Description

Business Impact:

Adobe Flash Player, as bundled in multiple products, could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by a vulnerability in the Flash Player authplay.dll component. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted Flash (.swf) file embedded in Microsoft Word (.doc) file, Microsoft Excel (.xls) file, or possibly another document type, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to corrupt memory and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
